Renewing Racing Set

Hello, I'm a simracer since 2013, and between then and today, I participated in a lot of communities and games (rFactor, Automobilista, rFactor 2 and now iRacing); but my computer now can't execute iRacing for requirements.

I need 1600 USD to buy a new computer for keep racing. If you help me, you can put a logo in my car when I race, whatever when it doesn't violate the terms.
